The Scottish Business Network (SBN) is a professional non-profit organisation dedicated to uniting the Scottish diaspora, both in Scotland and around the globe, for the benefit of Scottish businesses. Our members include founders, entrepreneurs, investors, and senior executives, all committed to supporting each other and helping Scotland-based organisations grow through global collaboration.

2025: A Year of Impact and Growth
This year has already been a milestone one for SBN. In March, we launched our first-ever Business Conference: Globally Connecting in Edinburgh. Held in the iconic Assembly Rooms, the event gathered hundreds of Scottish business leaders and innovators. Attendees participated in engaging
sessions on leadership, sustainability, and business resilience. You can watch the inspiring opening session here. Plans are now underway to take the conference global in 2026.
In January, we marked Burns Night with a special Charity Supper in London, complete with traditional poetry, live music, and a silent auction. The event raised several thousand pounds for NGO Girls, a charity supporting women and children in Ukraine. It was a night filled with Scottish

More recently, SBN took part in the New York City Tartan Day Parade, proudly marching up Fifth Avenue alongside hundreds of fellow Scots. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase Scottish heritage while building strategic relationships and opening new doors for our members in the United
States.
